Meet Kevin

I’m not a therapist. I’m a normal guy who knows what it feels like to live with constant stress and overthinking — and how heavy that weight can get. Over the past 30 years, I’ve coached people from all walks of life to move from anxiety into clarity.
Outside of coaching, I’m a husband, a dad, and a dog lover. I love being part of my son’s world as a violinist and my daughter’s world in dance.
